Bob worked with the homeowner on area where they could save money by doing some of their own work. The painting and staining, as well as the carpeting were done by the homeowner.

The home features a Wood-Mode kitchen. There is a deck off of the kitchen/eating area. The home has beautiful tile and wood floors throughout. There is a first floor laundry for the owner's convenience.

Due to the landscape of the property, the basement has a walk-out feature with exterior doors. The basement was built with enough head room to allow for a future family room or bedroom. The basement was also rough plumbed for a future bathroom to be installed.
